Organ Ballpoint Needles are designed to protect delicate knit fabrics. The rounded ballpoint tip pushes knit fibers aside rather than piercing them, preventing the small holes and runs that can occur when embroidering stretchy materials. Replace these needles after 5-6 hours of actual stitching time.

Standard Eye: Compatible with 40 weight or lighter polyester embroidery thread, as well as 40 weight or lighter sewing or quilting thread (cotton or polyester). Not recommended for metallics.

Size 75/11: A finer needle size appropriate for light to medium weight knits where a smaller needle hole is preferred.

Ballpoint Tip: The rounded tip slides between fibers instead of cutting through them, preserving the stretch and integrity of knit construction.

Flat Shank: Designed for home embroidery machines with a flat-sided shank for proper needle orientation.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium weight knits including t-shirt fabric, pique, jersey, and similar materials.
