Returns:

We will be happy to refund money, or exchange an item, in the event of defect or damage. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping is not refundable.

The only exceptions are patterns, books, needles and pre-wound bobbins, which are not returnable, and digital products such as software and embroidery designs, which are not returnable once they have been registered.

Digital products that do not require registration are not returnable.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges and would ask that you return items and place another order instead.
