I love Red Rock Threads and it’s the first place I look for threads for my embroidery machine, but I have to say I was very disappointed that a large part of my order was out of stock. If possible, it would be very helpful if this information could be made available when ordering on the web site. Of I had known I would have waited, in order to avoid having to pay the shipping fee on a later order.

You always have the difficult threads I can’t find. Service is great. Thanks again
