14-Spool Aluminum Thread Rack from Brewer
14-Spool Aluminum Thread Rack — Made in Pennsylvania
Compact wall-mount organizer for small thread spools and 1000m embroidery thread.
A clean, solid wall-mount rack for organizing small thread spools at the size most embroiderers, quilters, and home sewers use every day. 1/8" laser-cut aluminum, formed in Pennsylvania, with mounting holes spaced at standard 16" wall-stud centers. Same Pennsylvania manufacturer and the same build quality as our larger commercial cone racks - just scaled for small spools instead of full cones.
Sized to be useful without being obtrusive: fits where a larger rack would overwhelm the space.

Where it fits
This rack does one job well: keeping a small set of frequently-used spools visible, organized, and within reach. Useful next to a sewing or embroidery machine for active project colors, on a small wall where a full thread display would be overkill, or as a complement to a larger cone rack — many studios keep a small rack at the machine for the threads currently in rotation while the main collection lives on a bigger rack across the room.
If you're storing 2,000+ yard commercial cones, this is not the rack you want - see our 42-cone heavy-duty rack for that. This one is sized specifically for small spools.
Please read before ordering
This listing is for one rack. Some product photos show what multiple racks look like installed in line; each rack is sold and shipped individually.
This rack mounts to a wall. It is not freestanding. It's designed to attach to wall studs, sewing cabinet framing, or another solid vertical surface. The 16" mounting hole spacing matches standard American wall stud framing for straightforward installation.
Built for small spools only. The 2" posts are sized for 1000m embroidery spools and small consumer sewing thread spools. Anything taller than 2" will not sit properly — for larger cones up to 6,000 yards, see our 42-cone heavy-duty rack.
We have found that Floriani, Isacord and Robison Anton spools are a tight fit on this rack and alternating them right side up, thenn upside down, was the most effective way to use every post.
Mounting hardware is not included. The correct fasteners depend on what you're mounting to. Any local hardware store can supply what you need for a few dollars.
Thread shown in photos is not included.
