They are McAfee Tested for security on a daily basis, and have been in business since 1998. We also protect your personal information and email address from spammers
by using a professional newsletter provider to handle our newsletters.

Shipping:

US Shipping Information
|
US and APO shipping is $6.95 or less for the entire order. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping amount.
The carrier will be of our choosing: Fed Ex Ground, UPS, or USPS.
UPS delivery times are Monday through Friday, business days only (excluding holidays). UPS does not move or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday from our area. We have no Saturday UPS pickup in our area.
Our cutoff time for expedited UPS shipping is Noon Pacific Time.
All orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping
|
You will be charged the amount needed to ship your order by padded Flat Rate Envelope. If your order will not fit into a padded flat rate envelope we will contact you and ask for your permission to charge you the additional shipping costs. You will be charged the exact Global Priority rate. We do not add any handling charges.

When will my order be shipped?
|
We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. 80% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Returns:
|
|
We will be happy to refund money, or exchange an item, in the event of defect or damage. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping is not refundable.
The only exceptions are patterns, books, needles and pre-wound bobbins, which are not returnable, and digital products such as software and embroidery designs, which are not returnable once they have been registered. Digital products that do not require registration are not returnable.

Lost Items:
|
|
If an item is lost in the mail due to an error of ours or of the carrier, we will replace the item or refund the money paid.
We are unable to refund/replace items missing due to a customer error. Please be sure that the information entered in the shipping address portion of the checkout cart is correct. The shipping label will print exactly what is entered by a customer.
